At our office in Uslar, we are very happy to have pets with us - dogs are always welcome there and are always appreciated. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to bring dogs to Vellmar, but we are constantly working on further developing our working environment. So if you are working in Uslar, you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you and spend the working day together! Of course, we will take any fears and allergies into consideration in consultation with your team.

You can work without any restrictions within Germany and Austria. You have the full flexibility to choose your place of work. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to work in other European countries for up to three weeks a year as part of a so-called workation. This means that you can conveniently carry out your professional tasks from another location within Europe without sacrificing your usual workflow. Outside the EU, it depends on the individual case, as we have to check the respective requirements and regulations. This way, you can combine work and travel, while still ensuring that all legal and data protection requirements are met.

Your data will be deleted from our system after the statutory deletion period of 6 months. If you would like your data to be deleted earlier, please send us an e-mail. Your data will then of course be deleted from our system promptly.

Yes, we generally offer the option of working remotely. Whether you can work remotely or from home depends on the position you are applying for. If the possibility of working remotely is not explicitly stated in the job advert, we are looking for someone who usually works in our offices in Uslar, Vellmar or Innsbruck or who can come to the office for meetings without major logistical effort. If you start in a position that is suitable for remote work, we will provide the appropriate technical equipment for your home office. In some cities, such as Berlin or Munich, we also have workstations in co-working spaces where you can open up your laptop.

In our office, we attach great importance to a relaxed and pleasant working atmosphere, which is why we do not have a fixed dress code. Most of our employees opt for casual and comfortable outfits in which they feel at ease and can work freely. It is important to us that everyone can dress authentically and comfortably - whether sporty, classic or completely individual, that is entirely up to you.
