Remuneration pursuant to Art. 15 Section # 5 f. VersVermV
The broker receives remuneration in conjunction with consulting and brokerage services rendered. This remuneration is included in the insurance premium (also known as commission). The broker is entitled to keep the commission earned. If payments are made by the customer under a life insurance contract after it has been concluded and if these payments are not regular premium payments or scheduled payments (also known as special payments), the broker also receives commission included in the said special payment.

As a specialized broker, we offer insurance exclusively for leased bicycles / job bicycles for employees, employers, commercial enterprises (any legal form) as well as freelancers. In this line of business, we partly have our own coverage concepts, offering numerous special coverage features that regularly differ from standard commercial offers.

By law, we are obliged to point out that our advisory basis as well as our market and information basis are limited if our recommendation to conclude an insurance policy is not based on a sufficient number of insurers and offerings.

We offer our insurance solutions for leased bicycles / job bicycles for employees, employers, commercial enterprises (of any legal form) as well as freelancers exclusively through the following insurance company:

Our service is therefore based on a limited consulting basis. In this context, the market analysis was not based on a sufficient number of insurance contracts and insurance policies offered in the marketplace. Our service thus deviates from the statutory standard case.

Information on the insurance policies and insurance contracts we take into account has been provided to us directly by the insurers with whom we maintain an affiliation.

We are unable to provide an estimate of what market share the insurance companies we assessed may have. We do not have access to statistics from which we could derive even just general estimates on the market share of the insurance companies we consider. It is therefore possible that the insurers we consider cover may only have a small market share of the insurance policies offered in Germany.
