Company bike & accessories

Up to two bicycles or e-bikes per employee, including leasable accessories

Term of lease agreement

36 months term. Upon expiry, you have the option to take over the company bike at a fair price.

Price range

Purchase price of your dream bike, including accessories, ranging from € 649 to € 15.000 for up to two bikes.

Insurance & inspection

An insurance policy and inspection package must be taken out.

Bikeleasing dealer submits lease request

The documents are sent, to be approved by yourself and your employer.

Handover/delivery of the company bike

The company bike can be collected on site / will be delivered by a forwarding agent (if ordered online).

The Bikeleasing company code

A prerequisite for company bike leasing is that the Lufthansa Group company where you are employed participates in the Bikeleasing-Service offer. You will find the list of participating companies in the drop-down menu or on the intranet/eBase page related to bike leasing.

Please specify the applicable Bikeleasing company code when registering or when using the lease calculator for a personal cost computation.

If your company is not listed yet, please do not use the code of another company. Your employment relationship with a participating company will be verified during the application process!

Bikeleasing portal

The Bikeleasing portal brings employers, company bike users and bike dealers together. Among other things, employees receive their personal Bikeleasing user ID here, which the Bikeleasing partner dealer can use to submit the leasing request for your company bike.

Save yourself the trouble of time-consuming traffic jams, nerve-racking searches for parking space or the high cost of purchasing the bike of your dreams. Our bike lease calculator enables you to compute your personal cost benefit when leasing a company bike.

Simply enter the price of your dream bike and your income etc. to find out how much you can save.

Please note that the computed amounts are merely non-binding calculation examples. For a binding calculation, contact your tax advisor. If you, as an employee, purchase the bike at the end of the 36 month lease term, the takeover price will be 18% of the RRP.
