Our latest sponsorship supports the up-and-coming downhill talent, Max Müller. The 15-year-old has been in the saddle for 13 years, making him the perfect brand ambassador.
Max Müller hails from the small town of Plaue near Erfurt. He is currently preparing to graduate from secondary school at TGS Gräfenroda – and his passion is downhill riding.
As soon as school is out, he gets on his bike. Max gained his first biking experience at the age of two. He got his first BMX bike at the age of five and that’s when it all started: After his first attempts at the Erfurt skate park, his passion was ignited and Max spent several hours each day on the bike.
Max soon realized: “Cycling is my life, turning pro is my goal!”
He taught himself his first BMX tricks and quickly realized that he was particularly passionate about jumping with the bike, even more so than with the classic BMX disciplines of flatland or prepared trails. Consequently, the logical next step led Max to mountain biking and a short time later to specialize in downhill riding. At the age of ten, he was already hurtling downhill towards the valley on his bike and has enthusiastically stuck with it ever since.
Strong ambition, ever-better bikes and lots of active support from family, friends and acquaintances brought him to his first races in 2021. He immediately made it onto the podium, and Max is rightfully proud of that. Max has his sights firmly set on the podium again this year.
