Bikeleasing: zero risk for employers, full protection for all

More and more employers are discovering the company bike as a modern mobility concept and an attractive benefit for their employees. Fitter, happier employees who are sick less often, as well as tax advantages and positive effects for the environment and mother nature drive the success of the bike leasing model.
Obviously, if it comes to the worst, employers don’t want to be left with a bicycle or e-bike plus the associated monthly lease payments on their hands. That’s why we offer comprehensive coverage through our employer indemnity insurance policy. If one of your employees drops out, all costs incurred are covered – or the bike is simply taken back without any fuss.
By the way: For new customers, the employer indemnity insurance premium is included in the monthly lease payment. There are no additional costs. Existing customers should check their Service Agreement to see whether they have taken out employer indemnity insurance.
Take-over of lease payments
The insurance covers the full monthly lease payments if your employee drops out for a prolonged period of time due to illness or an accident.
Return of leased bikes
No matter whether it’s an e-bike, mountain bike, cargo bike or road bike: We will take back any bike if your employee:
- resigns,
- takes maternity leave,
- goes on parental leave,
- becomes disabled for work,
- attains a severance agreement,
- drops out due to long-term illness
- or dies.
The insurance coverage for you and your employees starts as soon as your employee receives the new bike. For full details, check out our Insurance and Service Manual.
When it comes to bikes, people have their own ideas and needs. The same applies to insurance. Our proven employer indemnity insurance provides you with excellent coverage – for satisfied employers, healthy employees and modern, eco-friendly mobility.
