Questions regarding company bike leasing with Bikeleasing-Service

The bike is delivered directly to you as an employee. It is not yet ready to ride: often the pedals still have to be fitted and the handlebars and saddle adjusted. You as the employee must carry out this final assembly and then check whether the bike is free of defects. We therefore recommend that you take a short test ride to check that the bike is in good working order. If the bike is free of defects, you must confirm acceptance in the Bikeleasing portal within 14 calendar days (note: not working days) after receiving the bike.

After delivery, you have 14 calendar days (note: not working days!) to check the bike. If you discover a defect (missing accessories, damage, etc.), please contact the online retailer (not the Bikeleasing-Service) to claim the defect as a warranty claim. Both you as the employee and the online retailer must then report this to the Bikeleasing-Service immediately.

As soon as the notification has been received by the Bikeleasing-Service from both parties, the takeover will not yet be confirmed and the contract will not be settled.
